Customer can cancel their order within 24hours after the transaction is completed; refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. The cancellation policy is only applicable to Meng Seng Pearls Company Limited online website and not apply to purchase from our office.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Step 1
Raise the request by email (email: info@mengsengpearls.com) within 24 hours.

Step 2
When we receive the cancellation email from you, we will send an email to confirm the transaction is cancelled. If you don’t receive our confirming email within 1 working day, please contact us at (66) 2918395 or WhatsApp (66) 919891944 to make your request of cancellation item.

Step 3
We will return the payment within 15 working days to the relevant bank account concerned once the transaction is confirmed to be cancelled.
